Shipping policy
We currently offer shipping within the U.S. + Canada.
All orders are processed + shipped from Austin, Texas.
Order Processing
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we anticipate any extended delays, we’ll post an update on our website noting current lead times.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $7.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight + dimensions of your package.
You’ll receive:
- An order confirmation when your order is placed.
- A shipping confirmation + tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Typical delivery times range from 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Note: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Pecan Street Cookie Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
International Shipping (Canada)
We currently offer shipping to Canada only.
All shipments are sent via USPS First Class International Package or USPS Priority Mail International.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight + dimensions.
Delivery times vary by destination + customs processing. USPS First Class International is the most economical option, but can take several weeks.
USPS Priority Mail International typically delivers within 6–10 business days.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter of your choice.
Customs + Import Fees:
Your order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs office + are the responsibility of the buyer.
Pecan Street Cookie Co. cannot predict or cover these fees.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes, Pecan Street Cookie Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen events.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, please allow extra time for your order to be processed + delivered.
