Refund policy

At Pecan Street Cookie Co., we’re committed to providing an outstanding experience before, during + after your purchase. Every product we create is crafted with care, attention to detail + a love for helping cookiers bring their creativity to life.

Because each of our items is made-to-order - whether it’s a 3D-printed cookie cutter, digital file, template, or cookie-related tool - all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or details entered incorrectly at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 business days of delivery by emailing support@pecanstreetcookieco.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue + clear photos of the item + its packaging. We’ll review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please Note:

• For digital/downloadable products, refunds are not available once files have been delivered or downloaded.
• For 3D-printed items, small variations in color or surface texture are normal + not considered defects.
• We cannot replace or refund items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear.
• We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
